Brilliant HVAC Services was founded over 40 years ago by a team of EPA-certified technicians who saw a gap in the market: Bay Area businesses and homeowners alike were being underserved by large HVAC contractors focused only on enterprise accounts.
We built our company around those clients — the office parks, medical buildings, retail centers, and Bay Area homeowners who needed the same expertise and responsiveness that large facilities teams get, without the overhead. From day one, our focus has been on fast response, transparent pricing, and work that holds up over time.
Today we serve hundreds of residential and commercial clients from Gilroy in the south, to Livermore in the east, and up to Redwood City on the Peninsula.
